How we'll support you

You’ll join a team of skilled Dynamics 365 experts who will teach you the fundamentals of the ERP system. We’ll also give you the time and space to learn—through online courses, training, and working toward your Microsoft certification.

Most importantly, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll be part of real projects from the start, gaining hands-on experience with the support of your team every step of the way.

What your day-to-day looks like

• You work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, lay the foundation for smart strategies, and turn plans into tangible results.  
• Together with your colleagues at Thryve, you help shape, configure, test, and continuously strengthen business processes.
• You lead workshops, map out processes, and align them with the standard capabilities of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management (F/SCM).  
• You also support data migrations, build reports (using Management Reporter), and help users adopt new tools —making sure everything is built to last and ready to grow with them.
