Dynamics 365 CE Development Consultant

Passionate about implementing CRM in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and Field Service.

What you’ll do

At Thryve, we build smart Dynamics 365 solutions that help organizations work more efficiently and prepare for the future.

We’re not your typical IT consulting firm. Collaboration is at the core of how we work, and as a developer, you’ll be part of a project team. You’ll mainly work from our headquarters, while also joining your team on client visits when needed. You will work on projects across the full Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and Field Service.

You’ll play a key role across the entire project lifecycle — from early analysis and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support — on complex, high-impact CRM projects.

What your day-to-day looks like

  • Building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Developing and extending Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
  • Developing plugins and custom workflows using C#/.NET
  • Working with JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF components
  • Building integrations on Azure Integration Services using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API-based connectivity
  • Translating functional specifications into technical solutions
  • Supporting Functional Consultants with solution design
  • Testing, deploying and maintaining solutions
  • Working with ALM and Azure DevOps
  • Supporting customers throughout the different phases of a project
  • Thinking along with the team about technical feasibility, risks, performance and future-proof solutions

Must-haves and nice-to-haves

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development. You have a strong technical foundation and understand how to translate customer needs into high-quality technical solutions.

In addition:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service and Field Service)  
  • You have strong development skills in C# / .NET
  • You have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • You have experience with Power Platform
  • You understand integrations, web services and Azure
  • You have experience with Azure Integration Services, ALM and Azure DevOps is a plus
