What you’ll do
We’re not your typical IT consulting firm. Collaboration is at the core of how we work, and as a developer, you’ll be part of a project team. You’ll mainly work from our headquarters, while also joining your team on client visits when needed.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management, working losely with consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role across the entire project lifecycle—from early analysis and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support—on complex, high-impact ERP projects.
What your day-to-day looks like
- Your day is a mix of building, collaborating, and improving.
- You design and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management using X++, extensions, and Microsoft best practices to create reliable, high-quality systems. You also work on integrations—connecting systems through OData, REST, SOAP, DMF, or the Power Platform—and build or enhance reports using tools like SSRS and Electronic Reporting.
- You collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into smart technical solutions. Together, you ensure everything fits the bigger picture—from data migration and system setup to testing phases like unit testing, UAT, and go-live.
- In addition, you review code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to keep everything running smoothly. You document your work, share knowledge with your team, and support clients after go-live—continuously improving solutions as their needs evolve.
