What you’ll do

We’re architects of digital transformation, building solutions that truly make an impact. In this role, you’ll help deliver a greenfield implementation of Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management. You’ll also become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through design, customization, optimization, and long-term support.
What your day-to-day looks like
- You work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, lay the foundation for effective strategies, and turn plans into tangible results.
- Together with your colleagues at Thryve, you help shape, configure, test, and continuously strengthen business processes.
- You lead workshops, map out processes, and align them with the standard capabilities of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management (F/SCM).
- You also support data migrations, build custom reports (using Management Reporter), and help users adopt new tools —making sure everything is built to last and ready to grow with them.
Must-haves and nice-to-haves
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management / AX Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management configuration and setup
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
- Experience with inventory, shipping, and warehouse management processes
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French are a plus)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with quality management, production, planning, or planning optimization
- Microsoft certifications
- Knowledge of data migration and testing
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with multi-company or international implementations
